About Role
As a Sales Team Lead, you will be in charge of the Sales Agents in your territory. You will be responsible for managing sales, ensuring that targets are attained, and handling clients in the territory. You have to be dynamic, self-motivated, have excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
Responsibilities
Recruitment and training.
Source, identify and recruit astute and goal-oriented sales agents who will be willing and capable of selling SunCulture products
Train, and onboard the sales agents to ensure they have all been set up for success in bringing in sales and meeting the company KPIs
Team Management
Carry out daily and weekly check-ins with the teams to ensure there is maximum productivity
Track Lead generation and selling processes of the sales agents
Coordinate aftersales customer service to ensure brand strength
Sales
Work closely with the Regional Sales Manager in developing and establishing clear sales KPIs meant to be exceeded by the sales agents
Monitor and push for numbers closures when it comes to the sales targets on the selling of SunCulture commodities
Establish a rapport with the clients and also the community in ensuring that all the clusters allocated are fully utilized and understand SunCulture products and brand

• Interact and coordinate with the sales team and other stakeholders in other departments working on the same account.
• Monitor payment trends for both Credit and COD clients, to reduce Schenker’s risk exposure.
• Develop and prepare an action plan and forecast for each targeted key account client, to increase market share and deliver the growth strategy for the Airfreight product, taking cognizance of client realities.
• Provide visible support in solving client concerns and challenges through facilitating the creation of Airfreight Product forwarding solutions to meet the key account clients on going and changing needs.
• Monitor daily internal status updates on expected shipments, shipments on hand and their status, shipments delivered for internal information and reference.
• Setting KPIs and job descriptions for the team assigned to the Perishable and Genco products.
• Performance Indicator:
• Liaising with the Commercial Department in monitoring the sales budget and working towards the achievement of the company’s sales and profitability targets.
• Meet the minimum target of 3 times your cost to company as an indication of performance.
• Maintain the integrity of data in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
• To meet and preferably, exceed annual revenue and sales targets.
• Ensure customer communication is proactive and of the highest standard possible.
• Ensure that all customer data is entered into the reporting system.
• Represent the company in the most professional manner possible in accordance with local legislation and all company policies procedures.
• Uphold and maintain high compliance as per rules and regulations of DB Schenker.
• Ensures continuous improvement in customer service through clearly communicating customer expectations and managing the implementation of necessary operations.
• Overseeing of all day-to-day operations and ensure that the services being provided are organized and profitable.
• Ensure all processes of export are adhered to in line with compliancy policy of the company and in a timely manner.

Your role
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Advice and Information Officer to work as part of our Rethink Advice & Information Service.
The interviews will take place over 2 days with the first being a tasks-based interview happening from 1st April, followed by a 2nd competency-based interview happening from 8th April.

The Rethink Mental Illness Advice and Information Service exists to create an improved quality of life for all those severely affected by mental illness. The service is national, supporting people across England.
The team deliver in depth, holistic advice on a range of issues including the Mental Health Act, social care, welfare benefits and medication. The team also write and review our information resources; over 100 factsheets and webpages accredited with the Patient Information Standard (PIF).
We provide advice and information via our helpline, e-mail and webchat and our clients include people living with a mental illness as well as their carers, friends, and relatives.
The service provides a central role within the charity working closely with colleagues in Fundraising, Communications and Campaigns, and Policy to offer expert input. Beyond the positive impact we have for those individuals we support directly; our overreaching aim is to use the knowledge and experience gained from advice work to improve mental health policies and practices in the longer term so we can improve the lives of all people affected by mental illness.
How You Will Make a Difference
I will improve the quality of life for individuals affected by severe mental illness by:
• Providing accurate, empathetic, non-judgemental, holistic advice by phone, webchat, letter and e-mail.
• Reviewing and producing written information for our website and partnership working on a wide range of mental health topics such as treatment and care, the Mental Health Act, the Equality Act, the Care Act, medication, welfare benefits, and carers’ rights.
